Question 1:

Hot touch.

Solutions——–

1.     the flame is too large, reduce the flame to about 1.2 cm (see Clauses 10, 16, 17, and 18 of Instruction Manual)

2.     let the Loong Shell rest more, don’t use it continuously, let the Loong Shell cool down sufficiently, the longer it cools down, the better the flavor will be (see Clause 15 of the Instruction Manual)

3.     have not learned to align the end of the cigarette to the “Flame Tip”, please study article 13 of the Instruction Manual.

4.     too much smoke per puff, resulting in an inadequate supply of tobacco. The Threaded Tube can be rotated 90 degrees forward to provide sufficient tobacco for the next puff. Moderately reduce the amount of smoke per puff.

5.     Hand-rolled cigarette is not filled evenly with tobacco, and in some places too little tobacco is filled.

6.     Not following the video tutorial to add lubricant regularly, resulting in the cigarette not advancing automatically.

Question 2:

The lighter won’t light.

 

Solutions——–

1.     Check if there is still gas in the lighter.

2.     Check whether the white button of the lighter can be reset back, and check whether the gas outlet needle of the lighter is broken. For this problem, the Lighter Tank Part should be replaced.

3.     If the flame is too small, turn it up.

4.     Rest the lighter, continuous burning will make the flame smaller and smaller until it is no longer lit. It is recommended to rotate the use of several lighters.

5.     Do not ignite continuously. If it does not ignite, wait 10 seconds before igniting the fire, as it will take time for the air to replenish.

6.     Ignition action (action of pressing the button) is too slow.

7.     If there are no above problems, please replace the Lighter Head Part immediately (see Clauses 3, 4, and 5 of the Instruction Manual)

1. The suction force of the “machine gun smoking method” should not be too strong.

2. If you are hand-rolling tobacco, be sure to follow the tutorial on how to hand-roll it, and don’t roll it too tightly (or too loosely either!). Do not roll the diameter of the cigarette too thick!!

3. Take longer between puffs.

4. If the last small section it is too clogged, just throw it away.

Can’t get good flavors

2. The suction resistance is too small and should be increased appropriately.

3. Tobacco is not moist enough. Use the humidor provided to increase the humidity of the tobacco (see “Making a Humidor” instructions).

4. the flame is too big, reduce the flame to about 1.2 cm (see instructions 10, 16, 17, 18).

5. Taste the flavors with your taste buds, not with your lungs. When inhaling to the lungs, you will inhale a lot of air to dilute the flavor. It is recommended that Loong Shell users learn the “no inhaling” method for cigar and tobacco pipe.

The tobacco is getting very wet.

 

Solutions——–

There is no problem with this. The low temperature combustion of Loong Shell can cause changes in the humidity of the tobacco, and changes in humidity can cause changes in the flavor of the tobacco.
